I really enjoy the design measures taken to address the accessibility of the site from the very busy Old Klang Road. The decided to have another road in between before entering the site, which greatly ease the tension of the driver. . Compared to their previous projects, they applied ramps for all transition between floor levels. And since their common area IDs are working fine, they just sticked to the similar approach. The biggest debate was whether to put the swimming pool in the front as a buffer, or the back where people can enjoy the facilities in peace. Well I don’t think this project is connected to the edge of the river, so most likely they will be another project site in the future. . And that’s the main challenge for this location. The supply for apartments are just never ending. They are brand new projects launching as we speak, so competition is gonna be stiff. In other words, it also means the demand for this address is high lah…
