This video is very special to me. I officially hit a new lifting milestone!! Prior to 2019 I had never performed squats or deadlifts which means I had to start from square one in those two categories. From November 2019 to May 2020 I increased my totals from 705 lbs to 1005 lbs in all three compound movements.
