✔️Hello! In the video above, I tested and analyzed an ADC-F004 USB charger purchased from Banggood, advertised as a 45W charger with Quick Charge functionality. I started with an overview of the charger, then verified the voltages on the USB-A and USB-C ports, both under no-load and load conditions. Although it is marketed as a Quick Charge device, my tests revealed no real QC support, providing only a 5V output. Next, I took the charger apart to analyze its internal electronics. I identified the primary controller (HC2707C), the secondary synchronous rectifier (HC7702A), the filtering stage, the transformer, and other key components. I also reverse-engineered the schematic to better understand its design. I measured the output ripple, followed by a comparative test after adding a polymer capacitor to the output, checking if the filtering could be improved.
