[정석 기본기 9] '폼 좋다'는 말 듣는 사람들의 비밀 두 가지 | 최동휘의 테니스 정석

After hitting a forehand, how much attention do you pay to your finishing stance? Most people think that once the ball is sent, it is over. However, true masters pause for one second after hitting the ball. Today's standard is the secret contained in that 'finishing one second.' And even more important is the fact that this finishing is actually the takeback for the next ball. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What this video teaches you · Why you must pause for one second after hitting · Know-how on checking your form through the finishing stance · Why the takeback and the finishing are important · Why continuously repeating these two is the core of the forehand ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Key Message: The finishing is not the end, but a new beginning Many people take the finishing motion lightly. Because the ball has already left the racket. But try holding the finishing stance for just one second. That posture becomes the exact same takeback for hitting the next ball. Takeback → Finish → Takeback again → Finish. The forehand is an exercise that continuously repeats this cycle. If the finish collapses, the start of the next ball also collapses. That is why I always say, "The finish is important." In this way, from the start (point of contact) to the finish of the forehand, we complete the standard technique that connects in a single circle. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Please also watch the previous episode The takeback that 99% learn incorrectly; the real key lies in the 'core turn' →    • [정석 기본기 3] 테이크백 — 99%가 놓치는 진짜 시작점, '코어 턴' ...   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 'Choi Dong-hwi's Tennis Standards' is a channel that honestly explains basic fundamentals that last longer than flashy tips, and standard techniques that lead to genuine skill rather than momentary tricks. 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications so you don't miss the next standard technique. #Tennis #Forehand #ForehandFinish #FollowThrough #TennisFinish #TennisFundamentals #Takeback #TennisLesson #SelfTaughtTennis #ChoiDonghwi'sTennisStandards #ForehandCorrection #TennisCoach #LearnTennis #LTCA #RaonTennis #ATPForehand
