K10 Hyper Compressor transport
K10 HYPER COMPESSOR ON ITS WAY TO CHINA Two days ago, at 9 pm (Swiss time) a K10 Hyper Compressor left our production for its big trip to China. The compressor will now travel approx. 22'000 km on streets and seas. It has a weight of 280 tons. To bring this impressive machine on its first part of the trip - from Oberwinterthur to the port of Basel - the trucks, needed to move it, had a power of approx. 1'800 hp. In Basel, it will go onto a barge and will be transported to Antwerp where it will be transferred to a ship, ready to go to the port of Lianyungang, China. The full trip takes about 65 days. We wish our K10 a safe trip, fair winds and following seas.
