Churrasco de cordeiro sem mistério: fogo de chão e sal grosso

The lamb barbecue on the ground fire, traditionally known as Patagonian lamb, was one of the great attractions of Expochurrasco – International Barbecue Festival, which took place in April 2023, in Porto Alegre, southern Brazil. Grill chef Adriano Bitelo, a specialist in roasting lamb, and his team, arrived at the event venue at dawn to start work. Seasoned only with salt, after eight hours in the fire, the lambs were served, accompanied by a carreteiro - a dish based on rice and lamb meat. #barbecue #lamb #meat
