VTECH 111 - Partial Restoration of a Victa Mulch or Catch Part 1

This is a partial restoration of a Victa Mulch or Catch PT 2-Stroke lawnmower, similar form to a VS160 Powertorque with its distinctive deluxe red cowling design. Most of the parts I believe are still original except the plastic needle. I found this item on Facebook Marketplace and given to me for a project restoration. This workhorse has been with their family maybe for more than 20years or so. So, let's get started and please don't skip the adds to support my contents!
