VTECH 112 - Restoration of a Victa Mulch or Catch Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 of this partial restoration of a Victa Mulch or Catch PT 2-Stroke lawnmower, similar form to a VS160 Powertorque with its distinctive deluxe red cowling design. Most of the parts I believe are still original except the plastic needle. I found this item on Facebook Marketplace and given to me for a project restoration.
