Welcome to Vinyasa Flow for Beginners to Level 1 yoga practitioners, a part of Yoga for Beginners series. Thank you so much for joining me for YOGA WITH ELA 4 U, a channel for gentle, restorative, and yin yoga to make you feel at home with your body. A few times a week, I am releasing different styles of yoga for your holistic health. In this video you will build the strength and flexibility in your arms and hands and you will begin to discover what your body is capable of if you give it a time and patience. In this Vinyasa Flow you will synchronize breath with the movement in a calm and gentle flow of poses. The benefits of the class are increased muscle strength, flexibility, cardiovascular functions, respiratory capacity, and improved bone density. This is an easier flow geared towards those of you who are not familiar with yoga or are on their journey to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
