How to cook Chicken ZOSUI (Japanese soup risotto/porridge) 〜雑炊〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to cook Chicken ZOSUI, Japanese soup risotto, out of Chicken bones. This is a savory dish, which is often made with the broth/stock after making Nabe, but also when someone is feeling sick, since it is nutritious but also easy on the stomach. This can also be made with Dashi instead of chicken bone stock. In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
