Good evening ☺Thank you for watching my video. Today I made a lemon pound cake using Japanese lemons. It turned out delicious with a lemon aroma and moist texture. ▷Ingredients: 100 g unsalted butter 80 g sugar Zest of 1 lemon 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 whole eggs 90 g rice flour 20 g ground almonds 3 g baking powder 2 tsp lemon juice 30 g powdered sugar ▷How to make: 1. rub lemon zest with salt and grate. 2. Add the sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the unsalted butter and mix well. 3. Beat the whole eggs and add 1/3 at a time. 4. Add rice flour, ground almonds and baking powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 40-45 minutes. After baking, cover with plastic wrap and remove from heat. 6. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together and spread thinly over pound cake.
