I don't buy bread anymore! My new favorite sourdough recipe

This sourdough bread has become my absolute favorite - soft and airy inside, perfectly crisp outside, and filled with the incredible flavor of olives. Every step feels rewarding, and the result is a loaf that tastes like it came straight from an artisan bakery. Once you try it, you’ll understand why I don’t buy bread anymore. Ingredients: Water - 1 cup (230 ml) Active sourdough starter - 50 g Bread flour - 2 ¾ cups (340 g) Salt - 1¼ tsp (7 g) Chopped olives - 3 tbsp (30 g) - Kalamata or Riviera olives are great for this! The olive aroma fills the kitchen, and each slice is so light and soft it almost melts with a touch of butter. Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖 Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried this recipe or if you have your own sourdough secrets to share.
