Camp Syncro am Kunene River | Pt. 3 | Namibia 2023 - Kaokoland & Etosha

Camp Syncro is located on the Kunene River in the far north of Kaokoland. The Kunene River forms the border with Angola here. Camp Syncro is fantastically located - it is run by friendly local Namibians and offers pitches with large, old trees, fire pits, river views, and a spacious, clean ablution block with sinks, showers, and toilets. I visit the nearby Kunene Swim Hole, a very beautiful place where I also meet and chat with locals. After two nights in my rooftop tent, my journey continues southward, towards Orupembe, via the "Drums of Kaokoland" – Rooidrom, Blue Drum, and Orange Drum. Have fun riding along and enjoy watching!
