7-DAY CORE CHALLENGE | DAY 1

For this challenge you'll be doing the same workout for day 1 and day 7! Doing this video at the beginning and end of the challenge will help you notice improvements in your strength and form. ps: If your body isn't used to doing core work daily this challenge might make you feel sore! Make sure to supplement the workouts with some gentle stretching and feel free to take days off along the way.
