Hi Everyone In this video, I will explain what is plot area built-up area carpet area floor area super built-up area as per RERA in a building so as per RERA floor area is the total useable area plus the thickness of the wall and as per RERA carpet area is the total floor area minus the area of external walls and as per RERA built-up area is the total carpet area minus the area of walls and as per Rera super built area is the total built-up area plus common areas.
