워킹(WALKING)

This is an explanation regarding walking in boxing. While many factors such as stance, punches, and power are important, I decided to post this because I felt that this aspect is actually more fundamental than you might think. Although this part is not covered in the main video, I strongly believe it is a crucial section because it relates to movements that help you avoid taking strong punches later on, as well as fighting against taller opponents.
