Hiking the Spectacular Ffestiniog Railway and biking from Barmouth to Dolgellau

One of our favourite places in Wales, hiking from the Oakeley Arms and biking from Barmouth to Dolgellau. We stay with our friends at the Oakeley Arms in Maentwrog and hike through some spectacular North Wales Scenery as we follow the Ffestiniog trainline. Next we take the short drive south to Barmouth, staying at Hendre Mynach Caravan and Camping Park. This is perfectly located for a walk along the promenade into Barmouth and for hiking and biking in the area. First we take a bike ride along the cycle route into Dolgellau and then return through the mountains into Fairborne before finally arriving back at our Motorhome.
