Psychological Counselor Fulfilling Life Producer for those 40 and Over Representative Director, Smile Produce Co., Ltd. Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1965, currently residing in Osaka. An expert in resolving stress, the root cause of stress-related illnesses such as depression, panic disorder, eating disorders, and PTSD, and curing symptoms in a short period of time without relying on medication. In addition to counseling, I also organize various seminars and courses, including questioning skills workshops and psychology courses. I grew up in a dysfunctional family. I was terrified by my father's verbal abuse and the sound of things breaking, and I felt frustrated that I couldn't help my mother, who was overwhelmed with grief. At the age of 70, my mother suffered a stroke and fell into a vegetative state. She passed away 10 years later. The last words I heard from my mother, who was in the early stages of dementia before her stroke, were, "You abandoned your mother!" Those words pierced my heart deeply, and I was overwhelmed with regret and disappointment for not being able to save her. After marriage, driven by the desire to "not become like my father!" and "to cherish my family!", I worked day and night. As a result, my wife, feeling helpless and without anyone to rely on, suffered from depression and psychogenic aphonia. Even with medication, she didn't fully recover, and when told that "it's important to learn to live with the illness," she despaired. My well-intentioned advice only hurt her further, leading her to abandon childcare and divorce. Having lost the family that should have been the most important people in his life, he became a single father at the age of 40. Feeling immense despair and on the verge of losing his purpose in life, he stumbled upon psychology. When his mother and wife suffered, he wondered, "Why couldn't I help them?" and "Is there a solution to depression, panic attacks, etc." To erase this regret, he studied various specialized fields and acquired psychotherapy techniques. In 2008, he started his own business as a psychological counselor. Through clinical experience with over 3000 people, he realized that curing stress-related illnesses requires resolving the stress stemming from "lack of love," "negation and criticism from others," and "self-negation." To help those who have suffered for years without finding a cure, he developed the "Total Affirmation®! Psychotherapy Counseling" method. He primarily conducts telephone and online counseling for those who are unable to leave their homes. In October 2012, he launched the "Smiling Mom Course" (with over 1000 participants). In 2013, he launched the "Total Affirmation®! Psychology Course," and from 2014, he began offering online Total Affirmation®! He also launched a psychology course, producing a total of 370 graduates. 25% of these graduates are from the online course. He has received particularly high praise for his online achievements, with comments such as, "It's amazing how effective it is, even though it's online!" His YouTube channel, "Takajin TV," has over 600,000 views, and his Ameba blog has 5,000 subscribers. As a culmination of his work, in March 2015, he published "Let's Start by Completely Accepting Yourself!" (Asahi Shimbun Publications) (ranked 3rd in the psychology category on Amazon). In his private life, he remarried his current wife, whom he met through the psychology course in 2012. He has achieved his "ideal lifestyle," which includes financial and spiritual well-being, the freedom to work whenever he wants, and the ability to cherish his family while realizing his own potential. We have received numerous expressions of surprise and gratitude from those who have worked with us, including: "My depression and panic disorder, which I suffered from for many years, have been completely cured, and I have finally been able to stop taking medication!" "My frustration with parenting has disappeared, and I can now raise my childr...
