Macarrones "carbonara" en Mambo Cooking con Chefcrown (PROBANDO EL DISPENSADOR DE ALIMENTOS)

Today I'm bringing you another recipe testing the Chefcrown, the food dispenser for the Mambo Cooking: "carbonara" macaroni. I'm putting it in quotes so the purists don't jump on me, because this recipe includes egg yolks, one whole egg, and cream. In this case, I made the recipe in the Victory jug, but it can also be made in the Unique jug; it's a recipe that works for both jugs of the robot. My intention is to continue testing recipes with the Chefcrown so you can see how it works and that the recipes turn out perfectly. The robot indicates this recipe is for two people, but it yields three generous servings, or even four if it's not a main course. INGREDIENTS: 100g chopped onion 175g diced bacon 25g olive oil (I used extra virgin) 300g macaroni 200g cream (I used whipping cream, but the recipe calls for cooking cream) Black pepper 2 egg yolks 1 egg 1 teaspoon oregano (and a little more for garnish) Salt I made this recipe with Chefcrown, but you can also find it in the Mambo app to make it manually with other robots that don't have a food dispenser.
