Fideuá de calamar y sepia en Mambo Cooking con Chefcrown (PROBANDO EL DISPENSADOR DE ALIMENTOS)

After a long time, I've dusted off the Mambo. On Instagram, I asked which recipe you'd like me to post this weekend, and this squid and cuttlefish fideuá won. For this recipe, I use the Chefcrown, the Mambo Cooking food dispenser. In this case, I made the recipe in the Unique jar, but it can also be made in the Victory jar; it works for both of the food processor's jars. This recipe is also available for manual cooking (without a dispenser) in both jars. INGREDIENTS: 5 finely chopped spring garlic cloves 25g olive oil (I used extra virgin olive oil) 300g size 4 noodles (I used a size 3 special noodles for fideuá, and they turned out perfectly) 200g chopped squid or baby squid 200g chopped cuttlefish (I couldn't find cuttlefish and used squid, which turned out great) 600g fish stock or broth 120g crushed tomatoes Food coloring (I didn't add any, I used saffron threads) Salt Freshly chopped parsley for garnish (optional) Here are some (affiliate) links to all the models of this food processor offered by Cecotec on its website.
