▽▽ Expand description ▽▽ We're in Civitella del Tronto, in the province of Teramo, and we're visiting the second-largest Bourbon fortress in Europe (second only to the Austrian Hohensalzsburg Fortress in Salzburg). There's an entrance fee, and free parking is available near the historic center. Some sections of the fortress are currently undergoing renovations, but despite this, much of the structure is open to the public. Inside, there's also a weapons museum and a relaxation area with vending machines for drinks and snacks. Almost 20 years after our first visit, we can still confirm that this fortress is truly impressive and well-preserved. Did you like this video?
