CARNAGE! Failure To Maintain An Air Compressor Leads to MASSIVE FAILURE! Teardown W@BeardedFordTech

A few months ago, Anthony ‪@BeardedFordTech‬ texts me that his shop's air compressor had "Failed" and that it would be cool to tear it down to see what happened. Flash forward and he makes plans to bring it to my shop in Saint Louis! Of course showing you all the after effects of bad maintenance is kind of what we do here, and this technically has rods and pistons. If you haven't already, check out Anthony's channel where instead of tearing down blown up engines and working on junk, he shows you how to fix cars properly    / @beardedfordtech  . This thing was DESTROYED! Apparently never having been maintained results in some of the most extreme damage we've seen on the channel. I'd say the damage in this compressor rivals MANY of the engines we've torn down. I had a lot of fun doing this with Anthony. Since it was strictly just for "lets see how bad it is", the pressure of salvaging good parts to create profit didn't exist here! You all owe him a huge thanks because without him, this teardown wouldn't exist.
