The Tobias Toews family farm in Bockholt harvested grass for its biogas plant on June 12th. In the video, Tobias introduces his harvest helpers, machinery, and the individual work steps. KG in Hankensbüttel, as well as four transport vehicles. From the farm itself, there's a Fendt 514 with an HW 80 trailer, a Fendt with a Harkenlift tipper, a Fendt 514 with an Agrolineer rear tipper, and a neighbor is there again with his Massey Ferguson 3095. Due to the heavy rain (110 mm in two weeks), the meadows couldn't be mowed for the first time this year until three weeks later. 20% of the fields had to be left uncut due to inaccessibility. After searching for the fawns, the fields were mowed with the farm's own Fendt 714 tractor and 6.50 m Pöttinger mower combination. After about three hours, the silage was windrowed with a Fendt 516 tractor and Claas Liner 1800 rake. Then the forage harvester was used.
