The easiest POUND CAKE you’ll ever make!

Contemporary pound cake 3 sticks or 1 and 1/2 cups salted butter (softened) 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon spoon vanilla 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup oil 3 cups self rising flour Bake on 325 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes. Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoon milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon pineapple juice (optional)
