Rotator Cuff Active Release Techniques with Dr. Paul
Dr. Paul is demonstrating treatment of the #rotatorcuff using #activerelease techniques (ART). The rotator cuff consists of four individual #muscles which work together to not only move the #shoulder, but also provide stabilization for the #shoulderjoint. Those muscles include the #supraspinatus, #infraspinatus, #teresminor, and #subscapularis. Shoulder pain is often caused by dysfunction involving one or more of those muscles. ART is an effective way to relieve pain, improve range of motion, and improve overall function.
