First episode of my Chinese Kitchen series, and dedicated to my Grandmother, who was the most brave, selfless and loving person I knew. She passed away this year, after tens of years of suffering from illnesses. Through it all she never failed to care for those around her, and shouldered all the hardships without a word. I hope I can make her proud with all I'm doing!
