Based on his medical knowledge, he shares information primarily on YouTube, including "Training form that considers the skeletal structure to prevent injury" and "Stretches and exercises to relieve pain." His philosophy is "Strong, Fun, and Healthy." His motto is to help you avoid injury and enjoy healthy training. [Career] After obtaining a license as a judo therapist, I worked in the rehabilitation department of an orthopedic surgery clinic. I studied a wide range of treatments and improvements, including chronic lower back pain and sports injuries. After going independent, I provided team support, including training and rehabilitation, for university football teams and amateur baseball teams. During this time, I shared my "Training Theory Based on Body Structure" and "Pain-Relieving Stretches and Exercises" on my blog and YouTube channel. Opened a personal gym called "Training Lab" in Tsuruhashi, Osaka (2020). Started a training course to develop like-minded "trainers who can improve physical function" (first class in 2024).
