Let's go to the ingredients for 10 corn puddings: 10 or 12 ears of green corn (medium to large size). 1 cup of sugar, if you want the corn pudding sweeter you can add 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar of your preference. 1/2 cup of warm milk (if you are going to cut the ears and blend the corn in a blender). 3 tablespoons of melted butter. 50g of grated coconut. 1 pinch of salt. 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of powdered milk. 300g of guava paste for filling.
