Let's get to the ingredients: 1.5 to 2 kg of beef fillet or meat of your choice. 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar. 5 medium carrots. Salt to taste. Thyme or parsley to taste. Smoked paprika to taste. For the filling: 1 Calabrese sausage, sliced. Carrots, sliced. Olive oil or oil of your choice to mix the seasonings. Ingredients for the Sauce: 200g of Portobello mushrooms or your preferred type. 4 tablespoons of olive oil or butter. 1 clove of garlic, minced. 1 pinch of salt. 1 touch of fresh thyme or parsley. 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
