🚉 🇭🇰 Mega station of Hong Kong MTR - Hong Kong Station & Central Station 香港站&中環站

This video was recorded on 2021/01/26, 02/16, & 05/17. Central station is served by Tsuen Wan Line and Island Line. Hong Kong Station is served by Tung Chung Line and Airport Express. Central Station first opened as Chater station (but the Chinese name is the same as now) in 1980 as part of the Modified Initial System, then it became part of the Tsuen Wan Line in 1982. In 1986, the Island Line was extended to Central and Sheung Wan and the station (no changes to the Chinese name) was renamed to Central Station. In 1998, Hong Kong Station was opened as the terminus of Airport Express and Tung Chung Line to the north of Central Station.
