He also develops businesses producing branded teas for celebrities and Chinese teas for high-end restaurants. He holds Chinese tea ceremony and medicinal tea courses in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Suzhou, China, with a cumulative total of over 1500 participants. He presides over the Japan-China Tea Culture Exchange Association, which has over 350 registered and certified instructors. He received the Grand Prize for Empathy at the 2014 Dream Plan Presentation World Competition. In 2019, he published his book, "Bringing the Charm of Chinese Tea to Japan! And to the World!" In 2020, he launched an online Chinese tea course, making Chinese tea accessible anytime, anywhere. In 2022, he was selected as one of the 50 Japanese individuals representing the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China, at the "Japan-China Craftsmanship Cultural Exchange Event." He lives in Shanghai, China, with his Chinese wife and a 7-year-old tea ceremony master.
