Today, I had the chance to meet with Khun Beer, the owner, and I secretly asked her permission to see how it's made. I wonder why it's so different from anywhere else, and why she's so enamored. The secret to the deliciousness of the "Smoky Chicken Bread" lies in the use of high-quality ingredients from #TGM, a brand the shop has been using for over 40 years, dating back to my mother's generation. After visiting their factory, I wasn't surprised at how long this shop has been around. They take great care in every step of the production process, from selecting quality ingredients, from the dough to the selection of fillings. When customers enjoy this delicious treat, it creates fond memories, creating special moments that make for a truly memorable occasion. "Ped Pa Lo" (Stewed Duck Next to the Nonthaburi Pawnshop) is a small stall with no tables, so you have to take it home. Their duck is made using a miniature recipe. The duck meat is tender and firm, cooked perfectly without any unpleasant odor. The braised broth is perfectly flavorful. It has a sweet, fragrant, and mild spice aroma. In addition to braised duck, they also offer pig ears, pork tongue, chicken boiled in fish sauce, and traditional pork leg stewed with beans. 'Nont Tam Laek' is a famous Isaan restaurant in Nonthaburi Pier. Whenever I'm craving Isaan food, I always stop by this restaurant because they offer over 50 dishes. Their signature dishes include grilled pork neck with jaew sauce, spicy dry cartilage, and Maha Samut noodle soup. For those who enjoy spicy, zesty food, I highly recommend this restaurant.
