Preriscalda il forno a 180°C (statico). 2. In una ciotola, monta le uova con lo zucchero fino a ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso. 3. Aggiungi il burro fuso (o olio) e poi il latte, mescolando. 4. Incorpora la farina di castagne, la farina 00, il lievito e il sale, setacciandoli insieme. Mescola fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e denso. 5. Aggiungi il cioccolato amalgamando delicatamente. 6. Versa l’impasto in una tortiera imburrata e infarinata (o rivestita di carta forno). Disponi uniformementele le noci sopra l’impasto 7. Cuoci per 35–40 minuti, finché la superficie sarà leggermente screpolata e uno stecchino ne uscirà asciutto. 8.
