PRAG FOODTOUR - 5 Restaurants vom besten Burger bis zum Michelin Guide 🍴🇨🇿

Prague is so much more than just beer, hearty food, and stag parties. In this video, I've deliberately chosen five modern restaurant concepts to showcase just how cool, vibrant, and culinarily thriving Prague has become – from Michelin Guide entries to one of the best burgers in the city. ⸻ 📍 The 5 spots featured in this video: 1. Naše maso A modern butcher shop where everything revolves around meat – from the display to the open preparation right behind the counter. We had: Steak tartare 60-day dry-aged cheeseburger with extra bacon Two beers 👉 Total: €45 ⸻ 2. August New coffee shop opening focusing on specialty coffee and homemade pastries & cakes. We had: Caramel Vanilla Flan Flat White Espresso Macchiato 👉 Total: €13 ⸻ 3. Kantýna A modern canteen concept from the Ambiente Food Group with a meat display and billing by weight. We had: Carpaccio Beef Short Rib Beer 👉 Total: €30 ⸻ 4. Knedlín A young concept centered around dumplings in all variations – sweet, savory, boiled, or fried. We had: Kinder Chocolate Dumplings Cheese and Garlic Dumplings 👉 Total: €6 ⸻ 5. Alma A casual fine dining concept with a Michelin Guide recommendation and a focus on local producers and farm-to-table cuisine. We had a variety of appetizers, fish dishes, wine pairings, and drinks. 👉 Total: €152 ⸻ A huge thank you again to Norbert from Alma, who truly gave us one of the most wonderful restaurant evenings ever – both in terms of food and company. Prague really surprised me and showed me how modern and exciting the food scene there has become. ⸻ Which spot appeals to you the most?
