In contrast, Baba Kaya Restaurant preserves the authentic flavours of Peranakan cuisine, showcasing traditional recipes and cooking methods that have been passed down through generations. Through interviews and behind-the-scenes observations, the documentary explores each restaurant's approach to food preparation, customer service, and daily operations. It also demonstrates how both businesses, despite their different concepts, share the same commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and preserving Melaka's culinary identity.
