Suka Cita Warga Gaza Sambut Gencatan Senjata

Gazans rejoiced at the ceasefire that came into effect on Friday (October 10th). Those who had been displaced are now starting to return to their homes, including residents of North Gaza who are returning in droves. Some are traveling by vehicle, others are walking. Local MER-C volunteers participated in this return, assessing the surrounding conditions and recording the hopes and expressions of gratitude residents expressed in welcoming the ceasefire. Although all that remains are ruins, they are not giving up. With enthusiasm, Gazans are clearing debris and scavenging for what remains. The flame of hope is rekindled.
