China had always been at the top of my travel bucket list, and in this vlog, I finally begin my unforgettable journey to the People's Republic of China. I joined a group tour consisting of fellow travelers from different cities of Pakistan. Our adventure started from Islamabad International Airport, where we boarded China Southern Airlines Boeing 737-800 for our flight to Urumqi. During the journey, we enjoyed a delicious Halal meal while witnessing breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountain range from the sky. Our arrival in Urumqi quickly turned into a race against time as our connecting flight to Beijing Daxing International Airport was about to depart. We barely made it to the gate, while a few members of our group unfortunately missed the flight and had to be rebooked on a later service. The second leg of our journey was onboard a China Southern Airbus A330. Since the flight was completely full and we boarded at the last minute, I couldn't get a window seat, which meant missing the opportunity to film takeoff from Urumqi and the spectacular nighttime landing in Beijing. After landing in Beijing, we waited for the remaining members of our group before meeting our friendly local guide Tina. We purchased a local Chinese SIM card, boarded our coach, and after a comfortable 50-minute drive, finally reached the beautiful 5L Hotel Beijing.
