Place it in the dehydrator and dehydrate at 95F until crispy. When I pile alot on, it takes about 48 hours to dehydrate. Let it cool completely and then store in an airtight jar. I leave the leaves whole until I'm ready to use them for best flavor. Best quality, use within a year. For the Freezer Basil: Wash well and let dry as much as you can. Place into a bag and vacuum seal. You can also use regular freezer bags if you don't have a vacuum sealer. Best quality, use in 6-12 months.
