St. Petersburg. June - July 2020. Installed a gas meter. (This was in June 2020, but I was only able to call a technician to seal it at the end of July, as they weren't accepting orders due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. I bought the meter second-hand, through an ad (new, with documents), but I wasn't paying attention and only later noticed that it had a 3/4" thread, while I needed a 1/2" thread (since I only have one gas stove in my apartment). Since a return wasn't possible, I decided to install what I had, using 3/4" to 1/2" adapters.
