Philosoph erklärt wo CANCEL CULTURE anfängt

When is it simply criticism, and when is it an attempt to exclude opinions at the expense of gaining knowledge? In this video, I have philosopher Nikhil as my guest, who clearly explains what a good culture of debate should look like. You can support the work of skeptics here: https://www.gwup.org/varnan/ If you don't know me yet, I'm Varnan. I'm a psychologist, author, and neuroscientist, and I've made it my mission to objectively analyze the biggest controversies of our time. How I got here... For a long time, I was, you could say, in a victim role. I allowed myself to be seduced by political circles and saw the cause of all my unease in external circumstances. When I then wanted to scientifically explore these topics for my channel, I had to realize that I was wrong. Since then, I've tried to critically examine current trends and delve deeper into psychological approaches that are truly effective and efficient in improving things in life. In the process, I discovered psychological techniques that have steered my life in a new direction: I no longer see myself as a plaything of the universe, but recognize what I myself can change. I no longer let self-doubt and fears hold me back, and I do things I never would have dreamed of before. The goal of everything I do, including the rather uncomfortable criticism, is not to delegitimize the pursuit of a better society, but to encourage people to build a fulfilling and self-determined life despite all the adversities life throws their way.
