Nederland: iC71 Italmek 8 ton steel scrap shear cutting huge HEA and IPE beams, pipes and rails. Thanks to Apperlo Zerlegung and Jansen Recycling Group BV for giving us access to one of the most important Dutch scrap yards. Being inside the port of Rotterdam, the scrap is processed and loaded directly onto the ships at the quay. The amount of metal scrap processed here is enormous so the level of professionalism required is at the top. Productivity and reliability are primary and indispensable features for the equipment that operates within it. The steel shear IC71 has a weight of 7.450 kg, without adapter. A mouth opening of 870 mm and a length of 4.100 mm. With hydraulic pressure adjusted to 350 bar its cutting capacity is enough to cut a 120 mm full iron rod.
