Mutunga's New Face

Things are looking up at the Judiciary with a few changes now being seen in the institution that has for long been associated with corruption and sloth. And the man tasked with turning the important institution around is the new Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga who is expected to find out just what ails the Judiciary and fix it. And how about starting by changing a few things himself, such as his dress code, his management style and of course opening up the Judiciary to Kenyans.
