CJ Mutunga: PAC Meetings Being Used To Malign JSC

Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga says the meetings of the Public Accounts Committee are being used to malign the name of the Judicial Service Commission and the person and office of the chief justice. He made the remarks even as former JSC Commissioner Ahmednasir Abdullahi and Professor Christine Mango appeared before the parliamentary committee and revealed apparent sleaze in the Judiciary.
