Routine del Risveglio

A very simple series of exercises to do upon awakening, ideally while still in bed. According to the ancient science of Yoga, the transition periods between waking and falling asleep are very important for our health. The moment of awakening is the moment when the magnetic field, or aura, changes frequency from the sleeping state to the waking state. Waking up suddenly creates a shock to the nervous system and leads to a weakening of our aura. These exercises, performed upon awakening, promote a harmonious transition from the sleeping state to the waking state, ensuring greater mental presence, clarity, efficiency, and better health. They are also very useful for quickly regenerating yourself when you feel tired after a day at work or intense physical activity.
