Schindler HT VR Express Hydraulic Elevator at The Vendue Hotel, Charleston, SC w/ VIEWS UP TOP!

Filmed in March 2019. We all know about Express elevators....most high rise office buildings and hotels have them....but they're always Traction.... Well, this small hotel in Charleston has an Express Elevator, but it's HYDRAULIC!!!! A HYDRAULIC Express Elevator!?!?! I don't think anyone has filmed one before..... This elevator goes from the Lobby up to a Restaurant on the Rooftop of the Vendue Hotel in Charleston, skipping the hotel floors which are served by a Modded Schindler Elevator that used to be an Otis Lexan. The elevator is just basic, nothing too fancy, but it has been quite a while since I've seen a Schindler 330A with HT VR fixtures. This thing is OBNOXIOUSLY BUSY and they should've installed another elevator, and I think they should've installed a Traction, but that said, this thing is holding up pretty well considering how much use it gets....At least so far anyways....
