The Paleta Atlântida event brought together more than 1,200 roasters on the edge of Atlântida beach, on the coast of southern Brazil. With three kilometers of barbecue areas, the event held its seventh edition on January 27, 2024 and once again consolidated the brand as the largest seaside barbecue in the world. One of the highlights of the event was the Magaiver Barbecue space, led by chef Cleber Magaiver, a specialist in the art of premium barbecue, who has won the following awards: champion in the reality show Desafio do Paleta on the Record television network, champion in the Panamericano de Assadores in Venezuela and runner-up in the Ancestral Roasters World Cup in Colombia. The delicacies at the Magaiver space were pork belly and shank, lamb shoulder, as well as entrecot, short ribs and delicious sausages and garlic bread, always present at barbecues in the region.
