The focus of the presentation was the potential renovation of the facility: from the elimination of the athletics track to the relocation of the first tier to the pitch, the recovery of the third tier, sky boxes, parking, and new commercial spaces. Cosenza also discussed the relationship between the City and SSC Napoli, the agreement expiring in 2028, and the stadium's economic prospects beyond football, including events, concerts, and the "Maradona Experience" project.
