CLASE FILTRADA: EL SECRETO PARA UNA MEJOR ENTRADA DE MANO EN NATACION y MEJORAR TU ROTACION

In this video, I'll show you a very common mistake in hand entry while swimming and how to correct it to improve your technique, alignment, and rotation in the water. Often, the hand enters the water too close to the head, which ends up affecting the entire stroke: it disrupts your line, limits rotation, and makes swimming less efficient. I'll also explain how the hand should enter correctly and show you two technical drills that can be incredibly helpful: 1. Unilateral swimming drill: This greatly helps you become more aware of hand entry, better understand arm direction, and improve your stroke coordination. 2. Six-kick and switch drill: This helps you improve rotation, body alignment, and the feeling of control before your hand enters the water. If you want to swim with more control, fluidity, and a more efficient technique, this video will be extremely helpful.
