Let's get started~ 🧄 TAHU WALIK INGREDIENTS: 35 pieces of tofu pong (divided into two, flipped) 500g ground chicken 5 egg whites 500g tapioca starch 60g wheat flour 5 stalks of spring onions, sliced 10 cloves of garlic, mashed 5 tbsp oyster sauce 5 tsp seasoning 4 tsp salt 5 tsp ground pepper 5 tsp granulated sugar 350ml water 🌶️ RUJAK CHILI SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 300g brown sugar 175ml water 20 bird's eye chilies 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp salt 👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE: Pure the chicken and garlic, add all the batter ingredients, and mix well. Prepare the tofu pong, divide into two, and flip so the inside is on the outside. Mix the remaining tofu filling (if any) into the chicken mixture. Fill the tofu with a little cheese spread (optional), then top with the chicken mixture. Arrange in a steamer and steam for 10–15 minutes. Cool. Can be fried immediately or stored in the freezer. Rujak Sauce: Blend all the sauce ingredients and cook until boiling and thickened. Cool and store in a bottle. ❄️ FREEZING TIPS: After steaming and cooling, store in a thinwall container and seal tightly. Can be frozen for up to 1 month. Fry directly from frozen or thaw for 30 minutes.
