You will learn how to perform classical image segmentation step-by-step, building up a script to automate the process for reproducibility across any number of images, and serving as a starting point for future customization and extension of analysis workflows. Pre-Workshop Instructions: Download and unpack Fiji from https://fiji.sc/#download, launch it, then run the Help to Update... command to ensure Fiji is fully updated. To run Fiji on macOS, you may need to drag the newly unpacked Fiji.app to your Applications folder, and/or bypass Gatekeeper as described at https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-h....
